Our client wanted a two-storey extension which included adding a shower room on the ground floor and extending an existing bedroom on the first floor. A key aspect of this project was matching the materials with the existing building, creating a seamless integration that gives the impression the extension was always part of the original house. At Bach Design we successfully obtained both planning and building warrant approval for this project.
