This residential extension in Newton Mearns transformed an underutilised conservatory into a sunroom for use all year round, seamlessly blending functionality with style. The new sunroom was finished with Siberian Larch Timber cladding, treated with SiOO:X for durability and a contemporary feel. Now well-insulated and equipped with high-quality aluminium windows and doors, the sunroom provides comfort throughout the seasons. The project also boasts a striking Zinc standing seam roof and includes a redesigned kitchen, dining, and utility area, complete with a bespoke built-in drinks cabinet, reflecting our dedication to creating spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and practical.
