In this internal renovation project we reconfigured a semi-detached sandstone villa located in a conservation area. The project involved moving the kitchen to the more spacious dining room which was underutilised. This shift allowed for a more efficient use of space. Additionally we transformed the existing kitchen into a utility room. To enhance the flow and natural light large glazed doors were installed from the new kitchen to the existing snug, seamlessly integrating practicality with modern design within the traditional framework of the villa.
